The candidates who are unable to give Company Secretaries (CS) examination due to COVID-19 got a golden chance. The Institute of Secretaries of India has allowed the student for the first time a one time “Opt-Out” option. The ICSI exam 2020 going to be held in December.
The candidate who unfortunately not able to give the exam due to suffering from COVID-19 got an opportunity to provide the exam in June 2021, which will be going to held in June 2021.

About the opt-out option
If a candidate or their immediate relative gets infected with the COVID-19 19 virus between the time-lapse of examination,(November 2020 to December 2020) they are given option of the opt-out facility which will be needed to be submitted with COVID 19 positive reports as evidence.
The option will help to carry forward the application, and the candidate will get the chance to give examination in June 2021 session. And even the application will also be forwarded for the June 2021 examination.

Student needs to submit the form online with a formal request. |
↓
One the application is submitted, the receipt will cancel candidate December exam and carried forward to June 2021. |
Don’t forget the last date of submission is 15th January 2021.
