Maharashtra: The implementation of the Maharashtra government circulation has been stayed by Bombay high court.  It means the score of ATMA, MAT, and XAT also GMAT scores will be valid for the admission to the MBBS and MMS courses from the academic year 2020-21.

The circular states that – only candidates who have appeared for the Maharashtra entrance test (CET), GMAT and CAT examination will only be considered.

This one happened because – three students petitioned the High Court against the enforcement of the state circular on the grounds of the right to equality.

MAH CET MBA 2020

 The MAH CET MBA 2021 exam was conducted online based or can be said computer-based on March 14 and 15. But due to COVID-19, there was a delay in the declaration of the result as well as the counselling process.

The MAH CET MBA result was announced on May 23, and the counselling began from December 8.

The exam was endured on 14th and 15th of march.  According to MAH CET, the candidates who qualified for the exam will be eligible for the admission.

But as per now,  The Bombay HC in its order dated December 11, 2020, has directed the Maharashtra government that they should take into account the scores of ATMA, MAT, XAT and GMAT scores while offering admission to various B-schools to three of the petitioners.
